UKG ranked #2 in the IT, Internet, Software, and Services category and #25 overall of 400 U.S. companies across all industries. The honor comes after Newsweek named UKG one of America’s Greatest Workplaces for Women, and it follows UKG also ranking on the Forbes America’s Best Employers for Diversity 2023 list.

LOWELL, Mass., and WESTON, Fla. | UKG today announced the company has been named the overall Winner in its category for the AnitaB.org 2022 Top Companies for Women Technologists, landing the highest overall score of any company with 1,000–10,000 technical employees. In a separate honor, UKG also earned a “Social Impact” award from Ragan for its UKG Close the Gap Initiative.

HR Director US | Software group UKG has emerged as one of the best large employers in the US, according to Forbes’ annual list. The HR tech firm ranked #2 and bested some 500 other companies. The recognition marks the company’s debut as UKG, after the merger of two industry heavyweights Ultimate Software and Kronos in 2020.
