Jim Kizielewicz serves as strategic advisor of UKG. In addition to his day-to-day responsibilities, Jim is often tapped to lead various cross-functional transformation projects, given his tenure and expertise. Prior to UKG, Jim served as chief marketing officer at Kronos, where he was responsible for developing and guiding the company’s global marketing strategy, as well as the company’s expansion into the HCM market. Throughout his 40 years with the company, Jim served in a variety of management and executive capacities, including holding leadership positions in services, business development, and product marketing.
