Solange Lucas serves as chief learning officer at UKG. In her role, she is focused on aligning learning strategies to support the operational goals of the business and inspiring a culture of continuous learning for UKG employees, partners, and customers. Her work represents the company’s global center of excellence for product learning, solution adoption, and the UKG Community to help customers build confidence and expertise with UKG solutions. Prior to becoming chief learning officer in 2020, Solange led teams in customer success, customer support, talent development, and customer community management. With more than 25 years of experience in the HCM industry and a strong passion for delivering exceptional service and fostering meaningful relationships, Solange has built a reputation for delivering results, leading teams to exceed targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction remains at the forefront of all operations. Solange was raised in South Florida and earned a bachelor’s degree in business and marketing from Florida International University.
