UKG Works kicks off in Las Vegas on November 14 — and LIVE online November 15. We can’t wait to welcome you to the conference experience that works best for you.
Haven’t registered yet? No worries! There’s still time, and still plenty of room for you either online or in person in Vegas. Complete your registration today.
If Vegas isn’t in the cards for you this year, the virtual conference option is definitely your best bet. (OK, that’s two Vegas puns in one sentence. You’re welcome.) The screen fatigue that so many of us are experiencing was top-of-mind when we designed the virtual conference, so we’ve taken a flexible approach to delivering the content you need. Rest assured, you won’t be glued to your device for hours on end; no one wants that! Instead, the virtual experience gives you the flexibility to pop into the sessions that work for your schedule and then watch sessions you couldn’t swing at your convenience before the end of the year.
If you opt for the UKG Works virtual experience, your conference will kick off with a livestream of the Opening General Session (OGS) with UKG leadership. We’re especially excited about OGS this year because we’re welcoming new faces to the stage, including Michael C. Bush of Great Places to Work, who will talk about the importance of creating workplaces where your people want to be — workplaces worth getting excited about.
After OGS, pop into the Expo Hall — for virtual attendees, it’s open all day, from 8:30 a.m. PT until 5:00 p.m. PT (on site, the Expo opens at 11:00 a.m. PT). UKG partners and experts will be there to chat about your team, your goals, or any challenges or questions you want to bounce off of them.
The first virtual sessions start at 11:30 a.m. PT, so there’s plenty of time to stop by the Expo Hall, check your email, or walk the dog. We’ve spaced out the virtual sessions to give you plenty of cushion during the day; we don’t want you rushing around! On Monday, November 15, for example, virtual sessions run in three one-hour waves that are well-spaced throughout the day. See the full virtual agenda here.
With over two dozen virtual sessions to choose from, we recommend selecting your sessions before the conference kicks off. It’s a great way to demonstrate the conference’s value to your manager, and also a solid strategy for having a seamless experience.
So, will we see you online next week or in Vegas? Whichever way you join us, we’re hoping you’ll snap photos of your conference experience — either with friends and colleagues at ARIA Las Vegas or in the virtual photo booth. We’ll be donating $10 per social post tagged #UKGWorks to help World Central Kitchen fight hunger, and we hope you’ll take part!
