Well, just over a year ago, Kronos® and Ultimate Software merged to form the Ultimate Kronos Group (UKG). And since that day, UKG has prioritized ensuring that customers with both UKG Pro and UKG Dimensions Timekeeping can connect and find the support they need quickly and efficiently.
One of the approaches we are taking is through our Community sites. We understand the importance of obtaining material and information efficiently using the least number of clicks, through the feedback you’ve provided.
How are you saving me clicks?
We tackled this by creating a single sign-on approach. This functionality allows Pro and Dimensions users to access both UKG Ultimate Community and UKG Kronos Community pages seamlessly with the click of a button. With the ability to toggle between the two communities and one less login, you’ll be saving yourself time.
What’s in UKG Kronos Community?
Once logged in to UKG Kronos Community, you’ll see a curated page for UKG Dimensions. We’ve created a more tailored experience by automatically filtering down to the most important information for you. You will see the cases you’ve submitted and be able to interact with our Support Team. You can also create a support case right from the Community! Other activities include:
- Searching for knowledge articles
- Accessing training material
- Joining groups and asking questions to collaborate with peers
- Accessing UKG Dimensions content and training
- Submitting ideas for your UKG Dimensions solution
- Finding quick entry to the Trust Site for all tenant announcements and monitoring your solution’s status

What should I do to gain access to the new tailored view in UKG Kronos Community?
Absolutely nothing! Just log in or click to access it from the UKG Ultimate Community. If you’re new to UKG or the UKG Kronos Community, once you create your account using your Solution ID, you’ll be redirected to the correct page and be able to toggle back and forth between the two sites.
What’s changing in UKG Ultimate Community?
UKG Ultimate Community will remain mostly as you know it, and you’ll continue to use it for all UKG Pro content and UKG Pro and UKG Dimensions integration content. The smile-worthy difference is that it’s connected to UKG Kronos Community for a more seamless experience when finding the information, resources, and support you need.
