This new Open Enrollment guide will walk you through a checklist of essential items to review when preparing for the upcoming Open Enrollment season. The guide includes everything from the pre-enrollment configurations such as updating Benefit Profiles, Benefit Plans, and employee instructions to post-enrollment reporting.

Want to review some best practices to help you prepare for Open Enrollment? Register for this webinar where we walk through those best practices for configuring your Benefit Profiles, updating your rates, testing your employee enrollment process, and learning about resources available to help guide you through the season. You’ll find quick-bite videos to help you prepare for Open Enrollment as well as job aids and videos you can provide to your employees.
Learning Opportunities
Through the Learning Center, you can access training courses to help you gain a better understanding of how Open Enrollment and other Benefits functionality work. Some highlights to explore include the Benefits Learning Journeys where you can find details on configuring your benefits settings. Additionally, check out the training called “Benefits — A New Year,” which focuses on the Open Enrollment process. You can access the Learning Center by logging in to UKG Ready and navigating to My Info> Help> Learning Center.
