Rebuilding a Better Workday - Mobile

As we return to the office and each other we are rethinking how to build the best version of our workspace and workdays. A silver lining of this experience has been the ability to see what we need to return to and what we could do without. We have the unique opportunity to conscientiously build new routines, environments, and norms. As we practice this act of selfcare, we can build a culture of wellness where we are given the opportunity to take care of ourselves while still getting the work done.

This webinar replay talks about building healthy habits into your work routine and setting goals that will keep you away from burnout. Modeling these healthy choices will foster it within our teams and empower others to do the same. We know the workplace will forever be changed by the pandemic. Times of transition are a perfect opportunity to implement change for the better.

Learning objectives:

  • Identify behaviors and habits that foster self-care
  • Understand how modeling these behaviors impacts the team and organization at large
  • Understand how your environment impacts your wellbeing
