If you are looking for a quick way to get answers to your questions about UKG products, you go to the UKG Kronos Community, right?
Members can access valuable resources to become more familiar with their solution and to post questions, comments, and ideas. But who answers the questions?
The short answer is anyone. The UKG Kronos Community encourages all participation regardless of experience level. Collaboration for an answer could be from customers, UKG partners, or UKG employees. There are a few members whose names may appear familiar because you see them often — those are the UKG Kronos Community superusers.
The UKG Kronos Community superusers are members who have gone above and beyond to participate. They answer multiple member questions and regularly share important tidbits. To be selected for the program, you must be diligent in interacting with others. This interaction could be as simple as regularly liking posts or tagging someone else who may be able to help.
Superusers have a lot of experience to share, especially with new UKG users. I had the pleasure of interviewing these customers and partners this summer. To help the community members feel more acquainted with the people who assist them, I created a monthly Superuser Spotlight Series.
The spotlight series features advice from superusers about product use and interacting in the Community. As a new intern who was unfamiliar with the Community, the superusers helped me better understand its benefits. For example, a popular piece of advice was to jump in and read through all the questions even if you don’t know the answers. When I first began, I had little to no product knowledge. By moderating posts, reading questions, and tagging groups, I was able to familiarize myself with all that UKG has to offer.
If you’re a new UKG customer, or even if you’ve been around for a while and just haven’t made Community part of your routine, I hope the Superuser Spotlight series will help outline the value that Community can provide.
