Apple picking, pumpkin patches, and a new online documentation experience — there’s so much to look forward to this fall! During our August release last week, we introduced a brand-new documentation experience for all UKG Ready™ customers to take advantage of. We know that in the past navigating through online documentation wasn’t the easiest task. Now with this new portal, searching for online documentation will be less of a hassle!
The new portal for online documentation has so much to offer. With its updated resources and seamless navigation, it’s a tool you’ll definitely want to explore this fall. Our main goal was to make it easier for customers like you to find documents. We’ve added the ability to search for and download everything, from release notes to user guides. You can even break down the user guides to filter by module by using the navigation points on the left-hand side of the site. There, you’ll be able to find a list of release notes from previous releases and all downloads as well.
But wait, there’s more! As of the August release, you can search for online documents through the readyConnect panel. The search has been incorporated into the panel through the Helpful Links tab. Use the search bar to navigate through and find the documents you’re looking for.

It’s important to note, in December 2021, release the classic documentation path (My Info > Help > Online Documentation (Classic) will be retired. With the retirement of this experience, we will also be removing the classic UI documentation during the week of December 13.
