LOWELL, Mass., and WESTON, Fla. | Late-night and early-morning viewing by soccer fans could wreak havoc on workplace productivity if leaders don’t have a game plan for absenteeism. This according to a new survey from UKG, which found that nearly half (46%) of full/part-time employed U.S. adults who plan to watch the 2023 FIFA Women’s World Cup™ games live will miss work because of it.

LOWELL, Mass., and WESTON, Fla. | According to the June 2023 Workforce Activity Report published by UKG, strong workforce activity coupled with continued tightness in the labor market may prompt a renewed surge in wages, especially for hourly and frontline employees.

LOWELL, Mass., and WESTON, Fla. | The UKG Workforce Activity Report for September 2022 shows very slight movement in workforce activity for the seventh consecutive month.

Marketplace | Dave Gilbertson, at payroll processor UKG, which by the way is a Marketplace underwriter, said, “This high-frequency data is literally how many people were working as of just a couple days ago.” UKG tracks hourly workers punching in, mostly in-person service and production workers.
