Making Pay Equity Work for All

However, employers and employees have vastly different perceptions on how that is being achieved, and significant, systemic barriers remain when it comes to implementing long-lasting change.

Protocol | Payroll company UKG announced this week that it would be making a large contribution to closing the pay gap. UKG will contribute 18 cents for each employee paid each year via its payroll system. Employee Benefit News | HR and workforce management solutions company UKG hopes its Close the Gap Initiative can do something to change that. The tech company will be contributing $0.18 for each of the 15 million people who are paid using a UKG system, for a total of $3 million, to nonprofits, research and educational resources that work to bring awareness and change to pay inequity in America.
