Bob Lavigna is an award-winning public sector leader, innovator, and author. At UKG, he advocates for, promotes, and advises on effective practices that enable government organizations to attract and retain talent. Previously, he served Director of the Institute for Public Sector Employee Engagement, a division of CPS HR Consulting, an independent and self-supporting government agency where he worked with governments across the U.S. to maximize organizational performance.
