Speakers:

Theresa Horne, MBA, MSN, NEA-BC, is the chief nursing officer at Tenet Healthcare, where she is responsible for Tenet Health’s professional nursing practice and plays a critical role in implementing the company’s related quality, safety, and patient experience initiatives.

Christen Mayer, DRPH, MPH, is director of national infection prevention at Tenet Healthcare, and has been integral to the coordination of Tenet Health’s COVID-19 response effort across all facilities. As a critical member of Tenet Health’s Incident Command Center team, she provides expertise in infection prevention, decontamination, and employee health.

Paula Phillips, RN, MBA, is vice president of workforce management and education at Tenet Healthcare. With more than 25 years of clinical, operational, and leadership experience, she provides enterprise oversight for workforce management at Tenet Health, including labor productivity management, contract labor, enterprise float pools, and clinical education.

Nanne Finis, RN, MS, is the chief nurse executive at UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group).
