We’re back with the first edition of the UKG Ready® Learning Lineup in 2025. To kick off the year, we're mixing it up a bit by spotlighting three of our UKG Ready Learning Journeys this quarter. Whether you’re new to UKG Ready or just need a refresher, a UKG Ready Learning Journey is a series of courses related to certain topics and tasks you can take based on your role.
Learning journeys are split into two categories: Onboarding Learning Journeys and Ongoing Learning Journeys. Onboarding Learning Journeys are meant to be taken in sequential order. They are primarily focused on users with no prior knowledge of UKG Ready. Ongoing Learning Journeys can be taken “a la carte” and are primarily designed for users with some background knowledge of the solution.
Today, we’re focusing on three Onboarding Journeys. These are great courses for new HR and System Admins to take if a refresher on a particular area is needed or if your organization has decided to add a new module. Let’s start learning!
Reports and Charting Learning Journey
Your solution is equipped with an abundance of reports and extensive reporting capabilities. It’s essential that you and your admins know the basics. The Reports and Charts Learning Journey truly builds the foundation for so many tasks done within UKG Ready. Made up of one instructor-led course and many self-paced classes, regardless of what modules you own, this Learning Journey is essential to kickstart an admin’s knowledge of the solution. The instructor-led course in this Learning Journey (Foundations of Reporting and Charts) is a two-hour class that gives users hands-on experience building and designing reports, setting up its attendees for success.
HR Core Learning Journey
The HR Core Learning Journey targets those with the HR module. Made up of different instructor-led lead courses and countless self-paced courses, this Learning Journey dives into everything HR related, from Benefits and ACA to Compensation, Performance, and Recruiting. It also features courses Custom Forms, HR Actions, and Checklists to make sure you’re getting the most out of the HR module. The instructor-led courses range anywhere from 1.5 to 2 hours and have a handful of prerequisite classes to take before diving into the instructor-led courses. The key audience for this Learning Journey is HR administrators.
Change Management Learning Journey
Let’s face it change can be difficult, and most people prefer the status quo. If you’re adding on a new module or rolling out any big new features, like the mobile app, consider reviewing the Change Management Learning Journey. Like the Reports and Charting Learning Journey, this Learning Journey comprises one instructor lead course and multiple self-paced courses. The instructor-led course in this Learning Journey (Change Management Workshop) is a two-hour class that introduces the change management process and helps you establish a change management strategy. We recommend that administrators involved in managing the change process review this Learning Journey.
