UKG Labs: Experience What’s Possible at Aspire
At UKG Aspire, innovation isn’t just discussed — it’s experienced. Inside the Expo Hall, the UKG Labs™ experience will bring our culture of co-creation to life through a dynamic gallery walk designed to immerse customers in the process of innovation. From experiments that became product features to prototypes still being shaped in real time, the Labs space will show how UKG continues to evolve by partnering directly with our customers.
This year’s Labs experience moves through the past, present, and future of innovation. It begins by celebrating how customer collaboration has already helped shape the UKG products we know today. Attendees will see past experiments from UKG Labs that have transformed into real-world features and solutions now available across our products — proof that big ideas can have meaningful impact.
From there, co-creation takes center stage in the Customer Ideas Live Hackathon zone, where engineers and designers will demonstrate prototypes that originated with real customer suggestions from the UKG Community™. Hackathon teams invite visitors to share immediate feedback, ask questions, and even watch teams make updates in real time as ideas evolve throughout the conference. Before leaving, customers can vote for their favorite team, with the winner announced on Thursday. It’s a chance to witness collaboration in motion and see the “See It. Shape It. Ship It.” philosophy in action.
Looking ahead, the Labs space will feature early-stage concepts, AI advancements, and experimental prototypes that reveal where UKG is headed next. Engineers will offer hands-on demonstrations and conversations that go beyond finished features to explore emerging technologies and potential solutions still taking shape. This part of the journey offers an authentic look at live prototypes that reflect UKG’s forward-thinking vision.
Finally, customers will step into the exploratory side of UKG Labs, the spaces dedicated to challenges we have not yet solved. These interactive stations highlight new problem areas for UKG to solve, inviting attendees to share their perspectives and ideas. It is an opportunity to connect directly with entrepreneurs and innovators from UKG’s startup ecosystem, discuss emerging trends, and influence the direction of future workforce technologies.
