Recruiter Experience
Filling open roles at your organization in a timely manner is any recruiter's main goal. We know the longer a requisition sits open, the greater the financial impact on your organization. Your solution is designed to streamline this process, helping you effectively manage and fill those positions without delay.
Recruitment Workspace
As recruiters, managing multiple open job requisitions can be challenging. That's where the Recruitment Workspace comes in. The Recruitment Workspace is a centralized place that houses all the tasks you, as a recruiter, need to complete/keep an eye on for an open requisition. Each requisition has its own dedicated workspace, containing everything related to that specific requisition. The Recruitment Workspace is broken down into two different tabs: the Job Req. Info tab and the Applications tab.
The Job Req. Info tab is where you'll find everything related to the open requisition you selected. Here, you can access requisition details, requirements, and compensation information, to name a few. The Jump To section on the left side of the workspace allows for quick navigation to specific sections within the requisition. The Applications tab is where you can manage everything related to... you guessed it, Applications. View all applicants simultaneously or filter on new, internal only, or external applicants tied to the requisition. Additionally, you can rank your applicants, update their hiring stages, and communicate with them.
Finally, the Recruitment Workspace is where you can create new Job Requisitions! When you select the Add New button on the Job Requisitions page (Menu > Team > Recruitment > Job Requisitions), the Recruitment Workspace will open for you to fill in all the information for that specific requisition you're creating.
Applicants Experience
An applicant's experience when finding and applying for a job at your organization is essential to filling roles efficiently. Consider how often you’ve heard complaints about a disjointed experience or having to fill in information already present on their resume. Your solution offers several features designed to enhance the applicant's experience, making it smoother and more intuitive. These improvements not only help applicants but also ensure you secure your top picks for those open roles.
Career Portal
Our Career Portal functionality allows your organization to create a more cohesive application experience between your company website and the UKG Ready solution. You can match your organization's themes and colors to the career portal, upload your logo, and customize the header image.
Have different locations that need their own Career Portal? Perhaps you want to separate portals by EINs or need a specific portal configured in a particular language. Not a problem! You can create multiple Career Portals based on your organization's needs. When creating an open requisition, you can select which Career Portal that job is tied to.
Interested in building out a Career Portal? Navigate to Menu > Settings > Global Setup > Global List Definitions > Career Portals to get started.
New Applicant Portal Experience
We're updating our applicant portal experience to help your applicants follow through and complete the application process. This brand-new applicant portal refresh is available for organizations to leverage as of today. We're introducing new functionality that will eliminate the need for applicants to create their own account when applying for a role and automatically fill out the application fields based on the applicant's resume. This experience is also optimized for mobile, so you can meet your applicants wherever they may be.
Check out our product spotlight video for more information on the new applicant portal experience. Interested in turning on this new experience? For those who are in a Full Access security profile, you’ll see an on-page call out on the Job Requisition screen. Select the learn more button and follow the prompt guidelines to turn this feature on. You can also turn this on in the Applicant Tracking/Recruitment Configuration screen under Menu > Settings > HR Setup > Applicant Tracking/Recruitment > Configuration, and within the Applicant Tracking/Recruitment Configuration widget, check the Opt-In New Applicant Portal Refresh box.
