Focus on U Customer Experience
You might remember Customer Visits in Lowell or HQ visits in Weston, both opportunities for customers to visit organization headquarters. We have relaunched these programs as the UKG® Focus on U customer experience, and we can’t wait to have you join us for one.
The UKG Focus on U customer experience will have elements of the legacy programs and some new perks as well. During this experience, you will have the chance to request meetings with U Krewers and participate in various activities such as:
- Podcasting with UKG on the Working Smarter Café Podcast
- Sitting down for a fireside chat to share your feedback
- Learning more about UKG Insiders
How to request a Focus on U experience
It’s very easy to request a visit. Just complete the form linked here! Please note that Focus on U experiences will occur on the first and third Wednesday of every month. We will be hosting visits in the Lowell and Weston offices at this time. Whichever location you wish to visit is where the meeting will take place!

A UKG Local Meetup is a network of UKG customers who get together with peers in their local regions to share ideas, experiences, and best practices regarding their UKG solutions. And all you need to get started is one of our Local Meetup boxes.
What is included in your Local Meetup box? It’s full of information and ideas for you to create your own meeting of local peers, including ideas and tools for event promotion and building an agenda; these are just a few examples of what can be found inside.
Hosting your own Local Meetup will give you the opportunity to connect informally with peers in your region to share tips and tricks for navigating your UKG products and discuss your human capital management (HCM) and workforce management (WFM) processes. We can’t wait to watch your community grow!
