We hope you had as much fun as we did and that you’re looking forward to next year as much as we are. While the event is over, the sessions and excitement don’t have to be. Here’s what you still have access to as a UKG Aspire registrant and a recap of a few memorable highlights.
Access to the Attendee Hub and Sessions On-Demand
The Attendee Hub (where session recordings and materials can be found) is open now until 11:59 p.m. PT on January 31, 2023. This environment allows conference attendees to watch or rewatch available virtual sessions. Please note that we can offer MANY of the virtual sessions on demand, but there are a few that we cannot. You should have received an email earlier this week with additional information about on-demand sessions and instructions for logging in to the Attendee Hub. If you did not receive the email, please try the following:
- Search your inbox for the subject line UKG Aspire 2022 is Over - Now What?
- Check your Junk/SPAM/Other folder(s)
- Ask your IT department to add our email and IP addresses to their approved list so UKG Aspire emails are not treated as spam. Our email addresses are [email protected], [email protected], and [email protected], and the IP addresses are:
- 209.17.49.88, 209.17.50.94, 209.17.50.95, and 209.17.50.96
- 198.207.147.255 - 198.207.147.224 (CIDR: 198.207.147.224/27)

But for your convenience, visit the conference website and click the “2022 Registered Attendee” button. You’ll need the email address you used to register and your confirmation code to log in. Once logged in, click the button labeled “Attendee Hub.” You’ll need the name and email address you used to register to log in. You’ll then receive a verification code via email and text to access the Attendee Hub. And you’re good to go!
UKG Aspire 2023 Highlights
New this Year!
Mainstage: The Opening General Session kicked us off with energizing insights about key product initiatives and offered an empowering and motivational keynote from storyteller, podcaster, and former monk Jay Shetty. We carried this energy through the conference with special featured sessions on the NEW UKG Aspire mainstage. This agenda included presentations from UKG executives and guest speakers such as Cindy Solomon of the Courageous Leadership Institute, Fernando Pullum of the Pullum Community Arts Center, and US Navy SEAL Lt. Commander and Seven-Time Paralympic Medalist Dan Cnossen. Attendance across all mainstage sessions totaled more than 5,400, which is so exciting! We can’t wait to start planning what we’ll feature on this stage for you in 2023.
UKG Community & Learning Lounge: The new unified UKG Community is coming in 2023, and the lounge gave more than 1,900 visitors a sneak peek of our new look and feel! The lounge was a welcoming sight that allowed attendees a chance to relax, recharge, and connect with community members throughout the conference. It also gave them the opportunity to update their own look and feel with a new headshot — and 500+ people took advantage of that. Here’s a view of the lounge entrance on Sunday before everyone arrived!
