A learning journey is not a single moment but a series of moments.
We unveiled our learning journeys for new customers to take advantage of after they complete the onboarding program. Now we are thrilled to deliver a new set of training opportunities designed for folks who already have baseline experience with UKG Ready. Journeys can be taken either à la carte or in a sequential order to help drive a deeper understanding of UKG Ready. No matter how you decide to take the journey, the goal is to encourage role-based, continuous learning moments.
It’s about a blended learning experience.
Learning journeys are not a single instructor-led class but a series of blended learning experiences that build knowledge and confidence in the UKG Ready solution. These experiences may include self-paced courses, toolkits, checklists, job aids, videos, and instructor-led courses.
