A place where you can chat, bounce around ideas, get help when you need it, and bond over the very relatable (and sometimes not-so-relatable) aspects of your job. Sounds appealing, right? Well, you’re in luck. Not only does it exist, but it offers all of the above and much more. I’m talking about the UKG Ultimate Community. And if you’re not already familiar, let’s get you acquainted.

What Is the UKG Ultimate Community? Simply put, it’s your gateway to UKG product support resources and services. It’s a gathering place for UKG Pro users like you. Whether you’re an HR or payroll manager, benefits specialist, or IT administrator, we have dozens of groups made up of customers, partners, and subject matter experts coming together to help each other succeed with UKG Pro products. The UKG Ultimate Community connects you to resources where you can find answers quickly, learn from your peers, and leverage helpful tools like checklists and templates so you can save time. Why Should You Join? 

  • Engage with peers and subject matter experts. Between featured topic discussions and over 20 groups, there’s always a conversation happening in the Community. Browse through previous conversations to find what you’re looking for or strike up a new dialogue. You can submit a question to your UKG Ultimate Community peers by simply selecting “Ask the Community” on the home page. With thousands of members, someone is bound to have the answer you’re looking for. Our Ultimate Community Member Guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to get started, including joining groups, following members and topics, and updating your community profile. 
  • Gain access to Ultimate Community Peer-to-Peer calls. These special live events spotlight customers who share their experiences and best practices on how to make the most of your UKG Pro solutions. They are excellent opportunities to learn from customers just like you.
  • Find content, product information, and resources. Your products work best when you know how to use them. And the Community has everything you need to succeed, including:
    • Knowledge Articles: Our searchable archive has easy-to-follow tutorials to help you navigate and troubleshoot solutions, allowing you to self-serve with ease. 
    • Report Templates: This customer-created library of reporting templates is ready for you to leverage — with quick and easy search and download capabilities.
    • Product Information: Community is your entry to the Learning Center, our main education site that houses all our product-related documentation, including job aids, instructional videos, and more. And just a click away is UltiUniversity, our interactive training site with self-paced and instructor-led courses to help you enroll, manage, and track your UKG Pro solution training.
