Have you heard the news? As of August 7, we have changed the name of our Kronos Community Customer Success Groups to Circle Success. Here at Kronos, we strive to deliver an experience that is  proactive, personal, and proven. We believe that you are the center of everything we do. Circle Success represents our commitment to you and signifies collaboration and unity among you, other customers, and our Customer Success Team.

The Circle Success groups give you direct access to a team of customer success managers, who are dedicated to connecting you with resources, answering your nontechnical questions, helping you navigate challenges, and celebrating your successes. These managers are product-focused and segmented into three groups in Kronos Community:  

Customer success managers in these groups are there to be an adviser and an advocate for you. Their job is to aid customers like you with any questions you have.

Simply post your questions to the group and your team of customer success managers will jump in with timely answers. If they don’t know the answer right away, they’re going to do their best to connect you with someone who does. The customer success team is constantly communicating and collaborating with one another. Therefore, if one customer success manager helps you out on Monday, another customer success manager can pick up on Tuesday right where his or her colleague left off without skipping a beat. 

Also, it is important to note that answering questions posted in the group is not limited to just the customer success managers.  Other customers can answer questions too! That’s one of the main benefits of this group. Engagement can come from a customer success manager or a fellow system user.  

The main way to initiate contact with the team of dedicated Circle Success customer success managers is by posting in your Circle Success group. However, that doesn’t mean all contact and communication need to take place there. After you initiate a conversation, any customer success manager will gladly take the conversation offline if needed and will hop on the phone with you!

Here at Kronos, we want to make sure you have every possible chance to succeed —  and that’s the premise of the Circle Success groups in Community.
