You have multiple options to use your historical Workforce Central data post termination of your Workforce Central agreement, provided that you request a copy of your data from UKG within 30 days of termination. Your options include:
- Engage directly with Prime Care Technologies for its primeARCHIVE service, which was built for hosting such data.
- Store your database in your organization’s network. You many then write SQL queries against the historical database running Microsoft SQL Server. If you do not currently have a license for Microsoft SQL Server, you will need to engage with Microsoft separately.
- If you are a current Workforce Central (SaaS or privately hosted) customer, for additional fees, you may sign a separate UKG license agreement for limited use of Workforce Central in your organization’s network and have UKG professional services install Workforce Central and a copy of the database in your organization’s network.
- You make some other arrangements for data access not listed above.
