Options for Continued Use of Historical Workforce Central Data

You have multiple options to use your historical Workforce Central data post termination of your Workforce Central agreement, provided that you request a copy of your data from UKG within 30 days of termination. Your options include:

  1. Engage directly with Prime Care Technologies for its primeARCHIVE service, which was built for hosting such data.
  2. Store your database in your organization’s network. You many then write SQL queries against the historical database running Microsoft SQL Server. If you do not currently have a license for Microsoft SQL Server, you will need to engage with Microsoft separately. 
  3. If you are a current Workforce Central (SaaS or privately hosted) customer, for additional fees, you may sign a separate UKG license agreement for limited use of Workforce Central in your organization’s network and have UKG professional services install Workforce Central and a copy of the database in your organization’s network. 
  4. You make some other arrangements for data access not listed above.
