Speaker Bio
Neena Kovuru creates value for business stakeholders via insightful analysis, cross-functional partnerships, implementation of structured data-mining processes, and an unwavering focus on attracting, developing, and engaging talent. On her podcast, she shares ideas on HR topics, including leadership, strategy, HR technologies, company culture, and diversity and inclusion. Neena’s work has been published in public-sector platforms such as Route Fifty and IPMA-HR.
A committed diversity, equity, and inclusion advocate, Neena welcomes different perspectives and encourages open contribution practices. The analytical and behavioral skills Neena has mastered have been the driving force behind culture change and employee engagement during her leadership in the public sector.
Neena spent more than 15 years in the academic consulting industry implementing data-driven solutions, mobile applications, and software that enabled her clients not only to reach project objectives, but also to create value in midst of a changing technological marketplace. She holds a BS in Computer Science from Gulbarga University and a MS Computer Science from Ohio University. She has completed multiple leadership trainings and holds many professional certifications.
