Knickeita Vassell Bullock is a human capital management consultant with more than two decades of public sector consulting experience. She is a trusted partner, strategic advisor, and thought leader who engages technology in a data-driven solutions process. As UKG’s Public Sector State and Local Government Principal, she partners with organizations on making innovative, people-centric HR decisions. Her investment advisory experience gives her the unique vantage point of evaluating human capital needs strategically, ensuring that employers maximize ROI on their greatest asset, their human capital. In her current role, she is an executive sponsor for the UKG public sector team, identifying new and innovative ways to serve our municipalities while increasing the UKG footprint in the public sector HCM space.

Knickeita is a passionate philanthropist, speaker, and engagement expert committed to being an agent of positive change. She is active in her community and chairs a 501c3 not for profit organization committed to elevating the lives of girls and women across the globe. Knickeita holds a Master of Science Degree in Human Environmental Sciences from the University of Alabama, a bachelor’s degree from Florida International University, Certificates in Corporate Finance and Diversity Equity and Inclusion from Florida Universities, in addition to several investments and employee benefits industry credentials.
