Jane Graham - GVP, Relationship Management
Jane Graham serves as group vice president of relationship management at UKG. In her role, Jane leads a global team of both customer-facing and operations-focused professionals, responsible for delivering on the UKG “Partner for Life” commitment to customers and overseeing the company’s recurring-revenue footprint. Her team’s primary mission is to create meaningful, lifelong, and trusted partnerships with customers and instill confidence in each customer that their relationship with UKG will help their organization and their people thrive. Jane joined UKG in 2017 as senior director of renewals, managing a team responsible for renewing and retaining over $1 billion in recurring revenue. She was promoted within her first year to become the company’s youngest vice president (global customer success and renewals). Since joining UKG, Jane has won numerous awards in customer success, renewals, and customer experience management and has become a sought-after presenter at industry events.
Bob DelPonte - SVP, Customer Success
Bob DelPonte serves as senior vice president of customer success and employer services at UKG. By unifying day-to-day account management services with a personalized and proactive customer care strategy, Bob and his experienced team bring the UKG people-driven purpose to life by partnering with organizations to create empowering and engaging work experiences around the world. Bob has been at the company for more than two decades and today oversees a comprehensive suite of UKG customer services and solutions — including global support, relationship management, payment and managed services, and customer success delivery. Additionally, Bob leads UKG benefit services as well as the UKG Ready Partner Network, the company’s dedicated partner channel supporting payroll service bureaus and large accounting firms. Bob instills in his team a “Partner for Life” mindset with a passion for seamless product delivery to help customers drive business performance and growth by establishing a people-centric culture. Prior to overseeing the customer success and employer services group, Bob was responsible for driving the company’s small-to-midsize business growth strategy. He earned his bachelor’s degree in finance from Marist College and is a member of the Boston Product Management Association and the Society for Human Resource Management.
