About the Speakers

Kristi Eitel | Director of Organizational Development | UKG

Kristi Eitel is a Director at UKG, leading the Organization Development function as well as various strategic initiatives within the UKG Talent Organization, most recently Leader Development.  Kristi joined UKG in 2019 and has held a variety of roles within the HR space, all centered around developing innovative and human-centered Talent and HR solutions.  Her current team serves as consultants to UKG’s most senior business leaders, with a focus on helping teams build capacity to change and achieve greater effectiveness through proper discovery, co-creation, and tailored interventions. 

Prior to UKG Kristi was with Accenture for 17 years, serving in numerous consulting and strategy roles across both external clients and within the HR organization.  Kristi’s specialties include change management, talent strategy, analyzing for and standing up new solutions as well as “making sense from chaos.”  She loves to synthesize information to form a holistic point of view and is energized when she can collaborate with her colleagues to solve problems.  Kristi believes that the most effective teams are founded first in vulnerability-based trust and believes that establishing the conditions for people to succeed both professionally and personally are at the core of high performance. 

Kristi graduated with honors from Auburn University, where she majored in Management Information Systems and served as President of the College of Business.  She lives in Atlanta, Georgia with her husband, their 6-year-old daughter, and 2 dogs.    

Amber Mette | Senior Manager, Talent Development | UKG

Amber Mette is a Senior Manager at UKG, leading the Learning Experience and Operations function as well as various strategic initiatives within the UKG Talent Organization, most recently Leader Development. Amber joined UKG in 2017 and has held a variety of roles within the Employee Experience, Employee Learning, and the HR space. Her current team consults with the business to create human-centered enterprise-wide learning and technology experiences for UKG leaders and their teams.

Having been in leadership for over 25 years, Amber has worked across a broad spectrum of industries including technology, marketing, financial services, and publishing for companies ranging from Bank of America to owning her own community magazine business serving nine communities around the Atlanta area. Amber’s specialties include leading and serving her teams who design with the human in mind, having a holistic, data-driven approach to problem solving and making the complex consumable for busy leaders and learners. During early merger times at UKG, she worked with others on the Talent Team to create the “People Inspired Leadership Series”, which fostered leaders from both organizations to understand what it means to be a leader at the new UKG.  The work on that project earned the team the Brandon Hall HCM Excellence Gold award.  Other accomplishments include Small Business Person of the Year Runner Up and the YWCA Woman of Achievement award.

Amber received her BBA in Marketing, with a minor in Management from the University of North Texas and is an avid Dallas Cowboys fan.  She lives in Atlanta with her husband Jeff and has two sons; Alex, who is a sophomore at Auburn University, and Jack who is a senior in high school currently finalizing his college decision.

Dr. Stacy Cutrono | Lead Organization Development Consultant | UKG

Dr. Stacy Cutrono earned her doctoral degree in Applied Physiology and Kinesiology from the University of Miami and has extensive experience in blending health programming with personalized coaching to promote optimal well-being. She joined UKG four years ago and has recently joined the Organizational Development team, where she strives to inspire and empower holistic organizational effectiveness.

Regent Cornell | Lead Organization Development Consultant | UKG

Complementing 30 years of experience in talent, leadership and organization development, Regent is a Lead Organization Development Consultant with UKG. For the past 17 years Regent has held various positions on the Human Resources and Talent Development teams with Ultimate Software.   Regent takes great joy in partnering with others to help improve teams and individual performance through better conversations.  Regent began his career facilitating functional courses at Prudential Healthcare and Pru-Asia, where he held a variety of positions

In addition to earning a rare HBDI Level III Master Facilitator (Herrmann International) and a Professional Coaching Certification (ICF-PCC) from University of Miami, Regent has earned several other certifications, including Fierce Conversations, Myers – Briggs, DiSC, Prosci Change Management and Advance Consulting.
