Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging (DEIB) are critical to driving innovation and growth, as well as the long-term success of our company. As companies continue to leverage digital transformation to gain a competitive advantage and market share, diverse voices are necessary for continued innovation.
With diversity comes smarter and more creative ideas, better performance, and the added potential to appeal to a broader market. But diversity cannot be sustained without equity, inclusion, and belonging — they all work together to create a culture where every single person can thrive at work.
In this webinar replay, Join Brian K. Reaves, UKG’s Chief Belonging, Diversity and Equity Officer, and Sue Collard, UKG’s Sr. Director of Strategy & Operations for Belonging, Diversity & Equity, for a virtual fireside chat where they discuss the business imperative around DEIB and the role each of us plays in creating an environment that sets a company and its customers up for future success.
