Setting the Tone

Evaluate each of the 12 expectation categories on a 5-point Likert scale from 1 (very weak) to 5 (very strong). Click the corresponding rating for each of the 12 expectation categories that best matches your evaluation.

Base your ratings on how well your company addresses the corresponding employee expectation category. Go with your gut, be honest and don’t overthink it.

Once you have completed the analysis, click the submit button on the bottom to receive your total score. This will give you a general idea of your current rating versus your opportunity for improvement.
