Biography
Roxie serves as vice president of customer experience (CX) strategy at UKG. In her role, Roxie is responsible for designing and executing innovative CX transformation initiatives. A passionate and dedicated CX change-maker with more than 15 years’ experience as a certified CX practitioner (CCXP), Roxie is committed to creating a differentiated, high-quality UKG customer experience that creates, sustains, and expands customer loyalty. She achieves this by leveraging CX best practices and competencies—most notably, the important role of emotion in achieving business outcomes.
