Biography
Neicey Johnson is a Manager of Product Management tasked with spearheading our UKG Pro Onboarding product strategy. With a deep-seated passion for Talent Acquisition, her objective is to curtail turnover by infusing elements of culture, learning, and seamless experiences that nurture talent retention. Neicey also serves as Chair of the employee resource group (ERG) called BUILD (Black U Krewers in Leadership and Development).
