Biography
Madelyn Flores is the Senior Lead of Lean In Programs for U.S., LATAM, and Europe for LeanIn.Org, part of the Sheryl Sandberg and Dave Goldberg Foundation. In her role, she supports organizations to adopt Lean In's toolkit of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion programs that help close the gender leadership gap and build more equal and inclusive workplaces. Prior to joining Lean In, Madelyn spent her early career in consulting and global digital strategy after graduating from The University of Texas at Austin.
