Biography
Erica Driver is a Senior Principal Business Operations Consultant at UKG. She is part of a team that ensures the company’s strategic projects are successful. She focuses on change management, communications, rewards and recognition, and other aspects of organizational readiness. In her prior role at UKG, Erica led the customer advocacy and customer experience teams. Before UKG, she held various roles in industry analyst relations, customer experience, and product marketing at Qlik and was an industry analyst for more than a decade, most of that time with Forrester Research. She is a certified Prosci change management practitioner and Pragmatic Marketing PMC-1.
