Kylene Zenk, MBA, is an Industry Fellow, Manufacturing at UKG, the leading provider of HCM, payroll, and workforce management solutions. In her role, Zenk explores the trends that shape the nature of work in the manufacturing industry. She leverages a strong foundational knowledge of the unique attributes of the frontline workforce to advise manufacturers on the application of innovative technology to create more meaningful and connected work experiences. A sought-after speaker, Zenk focuses on the impact that creating a differentiated employee experience for the frontline can have on operational and financial performance.
Zenk joined Kronos, Inc. in 2007 and recently served as director of industry marketing, collaborating with UKG sales, services, product development, and relationship management teams to drive revenue and customer satisfaction in the manufacturing sector. In addition to her work at UKG, Zenk is an active member of the Association for Manufacturing Excellence (AME), Women in Manufacturing (WiM), as well as the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the American Payroll Association (APA). Zenk earned a bachelor’s degree in political science and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
