Everyone has a learning style, so it’s hard to use a one-size-fits-all approach to employee training. Luckily, generative AI can help your business build targeted training programs that cater to each individual learner. By sharing an individual’s goals, current skills and experience, and preferred learning style, AI can create a personalized course based on your internal documents and training programs.
