What is Country-Specific Information (CSI)?
Each country requires a specific set of necessary information to be collected, stored, and used to pay employees in that country compliantly. The data required to process payroll differs from country to country, and there is no standard set of data needed by all countries across the globe. Without this data, payroll may be delayed, or financial/legal ramifications may apply to the employer and/or the employee. UKG One View utilizes a proprietary database of country-specific information to ensure that all data required to compliantly pay employees in 160+ countries around the world is captured. The One View platform and CSI framework allow us to build an employee record from multiple systems and data sources and to give visibility and control by constantly alerting payroll teams where mandatory data that will impact payroll processing is missing. To ensure payroll teams are made aware when required information to process payroll is missing, employee records are continuously scanned with One View Perpetual Validation technology upon input into the One View platform and upon changes in statutory requirements for any country in which a company has employees being paid
