Carlie C's IGA was a longtime user of a Kronos workforce management solution with its 1,500 employees. It was interested in how the latest technology could provide additional features and functionality to further enhance the management of its workforce. The areas on which it wanted to improve were: real-time reporting, cost control, employee mobile self-service, scheduling, and compliance.

UKG solution:
Charlie C’s migrated to UKG Dimensions, interfacing with their existing payroll and HR solutions. Challenges:
