UKG Australia’s Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP)

UKG Australia is taking a major step in our efforts to develop respectful relationships and create meaningful opportunities with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

UKG Australia is proud to share our 2021-2022 Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP), having been approved by Reconciliation Australia.

“This is truly an exciting watershed event in our evolution as a region, and as a company,” said Neil Solomon, Vice President, Asia Pacific/Latin America for UKG. “Now the work begins. It is incumbent on all of us at UKG Australia to play our part to effect the results we desire from this RAP”.

The RAP is a strategic document that supports our organisation’s business plan. It includes practical actions that will drive our contribution to reconciliation, both internally and in the communities in which we operate.
