Product Features and Functionality: What Jeremy is most excited about
Tiles — I really like the ability to customize what you want users to see with tiles in UKG Dimensions. It is a really good way to quickly show your managers and employees the information they need and want without having to search for it in the system. There are two types of tiles: 1) application-specific tiles for viewing schedules, timecards, and performing other common tasks and 2) charts for visually displaying workforce data. The tiles that we find most useful are Accrual Balances by Accrual Code and Overtime by Job.
Resources: What Jeremy can’t live without
Knowledge Base and Online Help — The knowledge base in Community and Online Help are the resources I go to the most. There is a ton of really good information for troubleshooting. In the midst of the pandemic, I found information about Attestation in Online Help to be very useful.
Tips and Tricks: Advice from Jeremy
Testing, testing, testing ... Testing can teach you all there is to know about different parts of your solution. No matter the product, testing is your friend. You can learn how a feature works and how to better set it up for your environment.
