Earlier this month, UKG was honored to share the news of the next step in that commitment: Brian Reaves joins us as our Chief Belonging, Diversity, and Equity Officer. Brian is passionate about the work of belonging, diversity, and equity, with more than 30 years of advancing these causes within the technology industry. Aside from being a self-proclaimed “sports fanatic” with a dream of attending every major sporting event, he’s also a software engineer by trade. He applies an “engineering mindset” to ensure that progress meets process for lasting changes for all.
The work that Brian will be doing alongside everyone at UKG is vitally important to our commitment.
