Can you share your UKG career journey?

I’m a senior developer at UKG in Bulgaria and have been with the company for over four years. I started my journey as a junior developer, eager to learn and contribute, and over time progressed into a mid-level role before becoming a senior developer. Throughout this journey, I’ve had the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects and grow alongside a talented team. How would you describe the Varna office?

Our office in Varna was recently renovated, creating a vibrant and modern workspace that fosters collaboration and innovation. Describe a typical day in your role.

A typical day involves a mix of coding, team meetings, and problem-solving sessions. I start my day by reviewing any updates or issues from the previous day, then dive into development work, whether it's writing new code or refining existing features. Collaboration is key, so I often work closely with other developers, designers, and product managers to ensure we're aligned and making progress toward our goals.

What problems are you solving?

I focus on developing scalable and efficient software solutions that meet the needs of our clients. This involves addressing technical challenges, optimizing performance, and ensuring our products are user-friendly and reliable. I also work on integrating new technologies to enhance our offerings and stay ahead in the competitive HR tech landscape.

What is your favorite part of your job?
