Have you heard of UKG Aspire? It brings 5,000 workplace leaders together to learn, celebrate successes, and connect on technology that helps make organizations great places to work.
This year’s Aspire will be extraordinary, but there’s one special moment we’re very excited to share: the reveal of our generative artificial intelligence (GenAI) copilot and product enhancements (see “Five Can’t-Miss Moments” below to learn more).
Whether you’re attending in person in Las Vegas or from the comfort of your home or office, use this as your go-to guide for all things Aspire.
What is UKG Aspire?
UKG Aspire is our annual customer conference that brings together technology experts, thought leaders, industry peers, visionary speakers, and a large network of UKG partners for an unforgettable three-day experience. The mission of UKG Aspire is to inform and inspire your work journeys and support your people’s success. A conference built around your ambitions, Aspire aims to help you maximize your knowledge of UKG products, encourage growth with new strategies and ideas to reinvigorate your workplace, discover best practices, and immerse yourself in all things UKG. Throughout the three-day event, you’ll have opportunities to connect with industry peers, hear and share new ideas, and speak directly with UKG product experts.
When and where is UKG Aspire?
Aspire will take place at Mandalay Bay Resort in Las Vegas from November 6-9, 2023. If you’re unable to attend in person this year, there’s a Virtual Highlights Experience option (select “Virtually” under the “How Will You Be Attending?” dropdown menu when registering). Mandalay Bay recently completed a $100 million renovation to its convention center—so as an attendee of Aspire, you’ll be one of the first to experience the newly refreshed spaces!
Who should go to UKG Aspire?
UKG Aspire is designed for and available to all UKG customers. Most of our attendees are professionals in HR, benefits, performance and compensation, payroll, and information technology, but we believe there’s truly something for everyone at the conference.

Five can’t-miss moments at UKG Aspire 2023
1. Catch Brené Brown on the main stage!
You won’t want to miss the keynote fireside chat with Dr. Brené Brown and UKG Chief People Officer Pat Wadors.
Brown is a research professor who has spent the past two decades studying courage, vulnerability, shame, and empathy. She’s the author of six #1 New York Times best sellers and is the host of two award-winning podcasts, Unlocking Us and Dare to Lead. Her TED Talk on the Power of Vulnerability is one of the top five most-viewed TED Talks in the world, with over 60 million views. Brené is also the first researcher to have a filmed lecture on Netflix, and in March 2022, she launched a new show on HBO Max that focuses on her latest book, Atlas of the Heart.
2. Party with the Goo Goo Dolls.
Our Customer Appreciation Party is always a great time, and this year we’re so excited to bring the Goo Goo Dolls to the main stage for an unforgettable evening.
Beyond selling 15 million records worldwide, the Goo Goo Dolls have four Grammy Award nominations and nearly a dozen platinum and gold singles combined as well as 16 number one and top 10 hits. As a result, they hold the all-time radio record for most top 10 singles. Check out this Spotify playlist and start learning the words to all your favorite songs!
3. Meet the AI-powered sidekick for every great workplace.
UKG is proud to share a rollout of our first wave of generative AI (GenAI) enhancements to our products, aimed at delivering meaningful experiences for every person. By applying GenAI across the entire HCM suite experience, UKG is reshaping how people access information, analyze detailed insights, and create better outcomes for themselves and their organization. Through these new, powerful capabilities, UKG is using GenAI to create conversational and more connected experiences. For example, instead of employees searching for things such as employee handbooks or policies, intranet articles, or other documentation—users can ask a question and quickly get a personalized response with everything they’re looking for in one spot.
We cannot wait to reveal the amazing capabilities and opportunities these enhancements will create for our customers during the conference. Be on the lookout for the official launch of our UKG GenAI sidekick—your trusted advisor for helping your organization become a great workplace where each person feels connected, supported, and inspired.
4. Inspire your organization to become a great place to work.
The UKG Great Place To Work Hub proactively surfaces suggestions and key data points to help organizations understand where their workplace culture stands and more rapidly advance equity and opportunity for all as they move forward. A conversational search experience powered by GenAI will also quickly return key information and suggested actions, based on Great Place To Work findings, in the moments they’re needed most.
The Great Place To Work Hub will be on display in Expo Hall booth 3909 during the conference—stop by and request a demo.
5. Transform and modernize how you pay your people around the globe.
UKG One View is UKG’s new multi-country payroll solution, designed to fundamentally reshape how multinational organizations fairly, accurately, and efficiently pay employees based in locations all around the world. With an industry-first approach, One View delivers global businesses the power to design a multi-country payroll model without having to compromise on the data, visibility, and efficiency that running a successful and compliant business demands.
Just like our GenAI and UKG Great Place To Work Hub innovations, UKG One View will also be on display in booth 3909.
