What exactly is UKG Aspire?
UKG Aspire is our flagship customer conference, where technology specialists, industry experts, thought leaders, and a wide network of UKG partners come together for an extraordinary three-day experience. The event is designed to inspire your career journey and empower your people to thrive. Built around your goals, Aspire helps you enhance your knowledge of UKG solutions, introduces fresh strategies for revitalizing your workplace, showcases best practices, and immerses you in all things UKG. Over three days, you’ll exchange ideas with peers, learn from industry leaders, and engage directly with UKG product experts.
When and where does UKG Aspire take place?
UKG Aspire will take place from November 11-14, 2024, at the Mandalay Bay Resort in Las Vegas. If attending in person isn’t possible, you can opt for the Virtual Experience (select “Virtually” in the “How Will You Be Attending?” dropdown when registering). Mandalay Bay recently completed a $100 million update to its convention center, and as an Aspire attendee, you’ll be among the first to enjoy these refreshed spaces!
Who attends UKG Aspire?
Aspire is open to all UKG customers, with most attendees coming from HR, payroll, benefits, IT, and performance management backgrounds. However, the event truly offers something for everyone, no matter your role or expertise.

Our Customer Appreciation Party is always a blast, and this year we’re thrilled to bring Kelly Clarkson to the main stage for a fun-filled evening!
Kelly Clarkson is one of the most popular artists of this era, with total worldwide sales of more than 25 million albums and 40 million singles. Her multi-Emmy Award-winning daytime talk show, “The Kelly Clarkson Show,” is currently shooting its 6th season in New York after moving from Los Angeles.
