Sarah Hodges serves as Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at UKG, where she leads brand awareness and creative experiences, product and industry marketing, demand generation and field marketing, customer advocacy, digital customer experiences, and business development.
Sarah is a passionate leader with a customer-centric mindset, bringing more than 20 years of experience in impactful marketing initiatives that align directly with go-to-market strategy. As someone who believes in using an entrepreneurial mindset to accelerate progress and take companies to new heights, Sarah has a deep understanding of frontline worker populations and an exceptional track record of driving transformative change to grow brand affinity across key market segments worldwide.
Before joining UKG in 2025, Sarah served as the CMO at Procore Technologies and was responsible for the development of its strategic marketing plan and execution of all marketing activities globally. Prior to Procore, Sarah held several key positions at multinational software leader Autodesk, including general manager of ShotGrid, the company’s cloud-based production planning solution, vice president of product management for its Media and Entertainment portfolio, and various roles across the Construction business line.
