John Machado serves as senior vice president and chief technology officer of UKG. In his role, John leads a top-ranked team of several thousand technologists hyper-focused on architecting, developing, and deploying UKG solutions that deliver transformative people experiences. John has been a leader and technologist for more than two decades and previously oversaw UKG product development and delivery as senior vice president of development. Prior to joining the company in 2007, John held roles as an enterprise technology consultant at Dell EMC and director of IT operations and information security at Ivax Pharmaceuticals.
