
Greg Swick serves as chief revenue officer of UKG. In his role, Greg oversees the company’s sales of products and services across all geographic regions and markets globally. Guiding an experienced and highly engaged team of HCM and workforce management experts, Greg is specifically focused on cultivating a comprehensive customer-first sales strategy and driving continued customer satisfaction with a Partners for Life mindset. Prior to UKG, Greg held several management and sales positions at Ultimate. He was the company’s chief sales officer for two decades, making him one of the longest-serving chief sales officers of any publicly traded software company, during which he helped grow Ultimate’s customer base exponentially and increase global revenue from $5 million to $1.4 billion before the 2020 merger with Kronos that created UKG.
