Biography

Beth Conway serves as Chief People Officer at UKG, where she leads the global human resources (HR) function — including talent acquisition, total rewards, people operations, employee relations, and the company’s use of its own HCM technology — while maintaining a people-centric approach that builds upon the award-winning UKG culture.

With more than 25 years of HR experience, Beth has built an impressive career designing global strategic HR practices, creating people-centric organizational cultures, leading transformational HR technology initiatives, implementing talent acquisition and retention strategies, and developing leadership and succession plans. She believes in supporting and investing in people so that they can best support each other and UKG customers.

Beth previously served as executive vice president and chief people & places officer at Nuance Communications, where she guided the company during its hypergrowth phase before it was acquired by Microsoft for nearly $20 billion. While at Nuance, Conway led a global HR organization across 25 countries, steered the organization’s corporate social responsibility (CSR) efforts, and led the company to become an award-winning employer of choice. Before Nuance, Beth had a successful 19-year career at CA Technologies, where she developed and executed a comprehensive talent strategy that aligned the right people with the right opportunities at the right time to enable customers and advance organizational goals.
