Aron Ain, CEO
Aron Ain serves as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman at UKG, one of the world’s most innovative human capital management and workforce management companies following the merger of Kronos Incorporated and Ultimate Software. Aron joined Kronos in 1979 and played a role in nearly every functional department at the company until becoming CEO in 2005. As a multi-year honoree on Glassdoor’s Top CEOs list, Aron is regarded as a pioneer in workforce management and HCM. He firmly believes that great businesses are powered by great people and anything is possible when people “WorkInspired.”
Chris Todd serves as President of UKG a role he assumed following the monumental merger of Kronos Incorporated and Ultimate Software in 2020. Chris joined Kronos in 2007 where he played an integral role in accelerating the company’s Software as a Service (SaaS) strategy while driving a focus on positive customer outcomes. Prior to becoming President of Kronos in 2018, Chris served as SVP of Operations and Chief Services Officer, overseeing global customer operations as well as information technology, legal, procurement, and facilities. Chris remains committed to ensuring UKG delivers a world-class customer experience every day to every customer across the world.
Michael C. Bush
Chief Executive Officer,

Michael C. Bush is CEO of Great Place to Work, the global research and analytics firm that produces the annual Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For list and dozens of other distinguished workplace rankings around the world. Driven by a love of business and an unwavering commitment to fair and equitable treatment, Michael joined Great Place to Work as CEO in 2015 and was instrumental in the 2021 acquisition that brought the company into the UKG family to accelerate its vision to build a better world by helping every organization become a great workplace For All.
With 30 years of experience leading and growing organizations, Michael served as CEO of Tetra Tech Communications, which he grew from $40 million to $300 million in revenue, was a member of President Obama’s White House Business Council, and is a founding board member of the private equity seed-fund, Fund Good Jobs, which invests in small inner-city businesses.
Chief Financial Officer
John Butler serves as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for UKG, a role he assumed following the Kronos and Ultimate merger in April 2020. John oversees global financial planning, accounting, reporting, analysis, product and services pricing, business analytics, tax and treasury, and financial administrative operations. Prior to becoming CFO at Kronos, John served in a variety of finance roles, most recently as VP of Global Finance. In 2007, he played a key role in negotiating the sale of Kronos to private-equity firm Hellman & Friedman for $1.8 billion, and subsequently in executing various modifications to the company’s capital structure.
Chief Customer & Strategy Officer
As Chief Customer and Strategy Officer, Bob Hughes is responsible for ensuring that every UKG business decision contributes to long-lasting success for customers around the world. Driven by a customer-first philosophy, Bob’s teams are committed to connecting, inspiring, and empowering customers — helping them to leverage UKG’s continuous innovation, global resources, and unmatched industry knowledge to maximize their technology investment.
Chief Administrative Officer
As Chief Administrative Officer, Mark Julien brings extensive experience to his role overseeing all aspects of UKG’s global financial, information technology, legal, compliance, and procurement operations. In leading the company’s global administrative operations, Mark is focused on coordinating the overall support of UKG operations and ensuring that financial and operational goals and objectives are met.
Chief Marketing Officer
As Chief Marketing Officer at UKG — a role she held at Ultimate Software before its merger with Kronos — Jody Kaminsky combines her passions for HCM market strategy and the role of marketing in building brand awareness, reputation management, customer relationships, demand generation, marketing automation and technology, digital marketing, search engine optimization, and event marketing. While at Ultimate, Jody served in various Marketing management roles from 1999 through 2010, including VP of Marketing, VP of Marketing Operations, and Director of Strategic Marketing. Prior to joining Ultimate Software, Jody held various positions with General Electric (GE) from April 1997 through August 1999, including Manager of Communications and Community Relations for GE Information Services.
Chief Operating Officer
Prior to his role as Chief Operating Officer at UKG, Jim Kizielewicz served as Chief Marketing Officer at Kronos where he was responsible for developing and guiding the global marketing strategy. He plays a critical role in continuing UKG’s path of innovation and its commitment to revolutionizing the way organizations around the globe manage their workforces. Jim served in a variety of management and executive capacities at Kronos after joining the company in 1981, including leadership positions in services, business development, and product marketing.
Chief Legal Officer
As UKG’s Chief Legal Officer, Liz McCarron is responsible for developing and executing a legal engagement model aligned to the company’s growth, innovation, and profitability initiatives. Prior to her current role at UKG, Liz served as Vice President and Legal Counsel at Kronos. When Kronos merged with Ultimate Software in April 2020, Liz became general counsel of the newly combined company with more than 12,000 employees. At UKG she oversees worldwide legal and regulatory affairs in the more than 100 countries in which the company serves its customers.
Chief Belonging, Diversity, and Equity Officer
As Chief Belonging, Diversity, and Equity Officer, Brian Reaves leads the company’s global belonging, diversity, and equity efforts so all people can thrive in their careers. A software engineer by trade, Brian brings an “engineering mindset” to UKG along with more than 30 years of advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion within the tech industry. He most recently served as senior vice president and chief diversity and inclusion officer at Dell Technologies. Prior to Dell, Brian spent eight years at SAP, serving as head of diversity and inclusion for the Office of the CEO, and as global head of products and innovation for the SAP d.Studio next generation technology team. Brian has held senior executive software development and management roles across industries and in tech sectors such as cloud computing, finance, healthcare, supply chain, utilities, and telecommunications. He began his career as a software developer at the Xerox Corporation.
Chief Product and Technology Officer
Hugo Sarrazin serves as chief product and technology officer of UKG. In his role, Hugo is responsible for the company’s overall product direction and technical organizations — including design and user experience, product management, engineering, cloud operations, security, risk, and digital services. He guides the development of UKG solutions that continuously advance the traditional definition of HCM, payroll, and workforce management technology for all people through a unique combination of operational and people insights. Prior to UKG, Hugo managed McKinsey & Company’s Business Technology Practice in Silicon Valley, advising executives and business leaders on product development, cloud solutions and migrations, data science, and strategies to maximize technology investments for accelerated change, growth, and transformation. Managing the company’s tech talent team with thousands of employees across eight different tech guilds, Hugo also co-founded and led both McKinsey Digital Labs and McKinsey Design and served as senior partner and member of the Global Executive Committee.
Chief Revenue Officer
Greg Swick serves as chief revenue officer of UKG. In his role, Greg oversees the company’s sales of products and services across all geographic regions and markets globally. Guiding an experienced and highly engaged team of HCM and workforce management experts, Greg is specifically focused on cultivating a comprehensive customer-first sales strategy and driving continued customer satisfaction with a Partners for Life mindset. Prior to UKG, Greg held several management and sales positions at Ultimate. He was the company’s chief sales officer for two decades, making him one of the longest-serving chief sales officers of any publicly traded software company, during which he helped grow Ultimate’s customer base exponentially and increase global revenue from $5 million to $1.4 billion before the 2020 merger with Kronos that created UKG.
Chief People Officer
Pat Wadors serves as chief people officer of UKG. In her role, Pat oversees the company’s world-class HR organization and drives its people strategy — including talent acquisition and development, compensation and benefits, employee engagement, employee communications, and components of workplaces services and physical security. Known for transformational and strategic HR leadership, Pat believes deeply that organizations thrive when they have a blend of people with differing backgrounds and ways of thinking, and who feel they belong as a contributor to the company’s success. As a multiple recipient of the National Diversity Council’s Top 50 Most Powerful Women in Technology, Pat is a frequent speaker on HCM, diversity, and inclusion issues, and has served on the board of several prominent technology companies. Prior to UKG, Pat served as CPO of Procore Technologies, and has held multiple leadership roles at ServiceNow, LinkedIn, Plantronics, Inc., and Yahoo!
Chief Transformation Officer
Rod Witmond serves as Chief Transformation Officer at UKG. Rod has more than 20 years of experience as a strategic leader and joined Ultimate in 2016, most recently serving as the Vice President of Operations Strategy. Prior to Ultimate, Rod served as a Senior Vice President at several companies, including as Senior Vice President of Marketing and Product Management at Ceridian, and as a Principal Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
