We know that diversity and inclusion (D&I) goes hand-in-hand with better business performance, so why is it that most organizations with robust D&I initiatives have yet to see meaningful results?

There’s a science to D&I with real, evidence-based research behind it. And like any other business initiative, organizations need a systematic approach that’s rooted in research and aligned to a broader strategy.

But many businesses rush the process.

They jump into exercises that may increase awareness but do little to change behaviors. Or, they take actions based on intuition instead of facts — which only perpetuates bias.

How can your organization implement, manage, and measure D&I efforts in a way that drives growth and creates value?

In this live webinar that’s part presentation, part discussion, experts from the Equity at Work Council at UKG and McKinsey will take you through a proven framework for effective DE&I programs while pointing out the common pitfalls most businesses run into.

Don’t miss this deep-dive discussion that fuses science and research with actionable recommendations. Complete the form to register today.
