|Dr. Ruth Imose is a Research Scientist and DEI Research Leader with McKinsey’s Organization Practice. She honed her diversity, equity and inclusion expertise while completing a PhD in Industrial-Organizational Psychology during which she researched, published and presented on the topic. At McKinsey she splits her time between solution development and serving clients on DEI and talent-related topics.|
|Drew Goldstein is an Associate Partner and Senior Solution Leader with McKinsey’s Organization Practice. Since joining the Firm in 2013, he has been advising clients across various industries in creating and sustaining high-performing workplaces with deep expertise in culture, organization design, diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Drew is the founder and leader of McKinsey’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Solution group (DEI Solutions), bringing McKinsey’s best thinking to strengthen the effectiveness of organizations and their leaders by building cutting edge capabilities at scale, and using analytical tools to better achieve DEI strategies. In this role, he led the creation of McKinsey’s proprietary Inclusion Assessment, which uses a rigorous and evidence-based process to measure both how you’re doing and what you’re doing to build an inclusive workplace. These insights have helped clients across industries and countries transform their culture by attracting, retaining, and empowering the talent needed to thrive. Drew further leverages his experience as a faculty member of several McKinsey-led business leader forums including LGBTQ+ Senior Leader Master classes, Change Leaders Forum, and McKinsey Academy Ability to Execute programs.
|Dr. Jarik Conrad, EdD, SPHR, SHRM-SCP leads the Human Insights and HCM Evangelism group at UKG, where he works to help organizations put their people first. Immediately prior to joining UKG, he led The Conrad Consulting Group, where he served as an executive coach, keynote speaker and management consultant. He has held human resources leadership roles in the private, public and non-profit sectors. He has also been a research collaborator with the Mayo Clinic. Jarik holds certifications in intercultural sensitivity, emotional intelligence, plant-based nutrition, personal training and weight management. He is an award-winning author and sought after speaker in the areas of leadership, health & wellness, emotional intelligence (EI), and diversity, equity, inclusion & belonging (DEIB).|
