We strive to support and empower all people, from employees and customers to investors and partners to the communities we serve around the globe.
2021 Highlights on UKG Social Commitment to People
We donated $4 million in 2021 to support local communities and philanthropic efforts.
We hired Brian K. Reaves, our first chief belonging, diversity, and equity officer, to strengthen our culture of trust, fairness, and equality.
We invested an additional $35 million in new employee benefits programs.
We developed a Human Rights Policy and Modern Slavery Statement to protect the safety and rights of people across the globe.
We deployed six employee training programs, including Unified, a new diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging learning initiative.

Throughout the year, we partner with a variety of nonprofits across the globe, participating in philanthropic projects and providing charitable support worldwide. Every day, we are focused on helping people across the areas of health, human services, education, and public safety. We also encourage our employees to serve their communities with paid time off for volunteering.
