From supporting accessibility to empowering women, our employee resource groups (ERGs) channel the strength of belonging, celebrate unique identities, advocate for change, and foster inclusive communities at UKG.

Our ERGs are open to all — U Krewers don’t need to personally identify with or have direct experience related to the group’s focus to become a member. In addition to professional development and community involvement opportunities, our ERGs give our U Krew a platform to influence business products and processes.
